只不过想申请一个挂布条的准证，
却必须山长水远地跑去一个市政局交信、申请，
为什么这一切不能通过电邮解决？
在政府部门工作，还没被工作累死，就早已被这些繁文辱节烦死了！
I just want to apply for a license for one banner,
but I was asked to make a trip to the local council to apply,
why can't we get everything done through the email?
I would have been driven to grave because of the stupid red-tape before I gave up because of the tiring work!
