新加坡内阁资政李光耀访马的行程获得传媒的显著报道。他所到之处，虽然没有与各州领袖一同举行记者会，但是，各州领袖依然会在事后向媒体汇报会谈的情况。
今天在传媒的显著版位，却出现了几则耐人寻味的新闻报道，配合一张李光耀与首相夫人罗斯玛的合照。
据报道，李光耀为了认识并了解罗斯玛，便向首相纳吉提出要同她会面，于是两人便在6月10日在纳吉私邸一同喝下午茶。
国家领袖与国家领夫人会面 实属罕见
国家领袖级人物之间的会面，可以延伸成国家领袖与国家领袖夫人之间的会面，实属罕见。我问了问长辈，从前有没有哪一个国家领袖要求会见马哈迪的夫人？或是阿都拉的夫人？世界上哪一个国家领袖的夫人会曾经被另一国领袖要求会面？
李光耀在历史上是公认具政治智慧的领袖。他要求会面的人，肯定不是一般的人。
罗斯玛竟然被他点名。证明了什么？根据李光耀对传媒的谈话，我们知道：
（1）罗斯玛虽然没有政治职务，但是纳吉和她是一个“团队”；
（2）纳吉在做决定前，可能会考虑罗斯玛的意见。
罗斯玛在“阿旦杜亚炸尸案”中为本身与丈夫辩护的高调形象，早已让人感觉到这位没有政治职务的首相夫人绝对是一个高调的政治人物，她绝不会甘于躲在一国之君背后做个简单的贤妻良母。
李光耀轻描淡写的两句话，意涵如山谷般那样深。这彷佛在告诉马来西亚人，我们的首相夫人很有影响力，就连首相都“可能会考虑罗斯玛的意见”。
当然，谁也不希望罗斯玛是马来西亚版的“慈禧太后”。清朝末年，有关慈禧乱政的故事，大家就算没有读中国历史，也大略从电视连续剧略知一二了。慈禧太后为了维护本身的利益，垂帘听政、控制软弱的皇帝、手段之毒辣狠心，让她闻名历史。
如果纳吉和罗斯玛真是一个团队，希望首相与首相夫人把心思花在国务之外，也应该努力通过成立一个独立司法委员会来证明自己的清白，别再像在中国出访时那么狼狈，被世界其他记者直击追问你们是不是涉及阿旦杜亚炸尸案？
这是个民主、法治的国家，我们绝对容不下一个“慈禧太后”，更别说一对被千夫指涉及谋杀案的首相夫妇，祝愿首相夫妇早日洗脱令人国蒙羞的嫌疑，日后才可以堂堂正正踏上蒙古及法国的领土。

Singapore Senior Minister Lee Kuan Yew's visit to Malaysia has gained significant media coverage. Everywhere he has been to, the state leaders would call for press conference after the talks, where he never joined them.
One of the news reports looks bizarre. It was a group photo of Lee and Prime Minister’s wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
According to the news report, he asked to make an acquaintance with Rosmah. Both of them had a teatime talk at PM’s private residential on 10 June.
The meeting between heads of two states has been extended to meeting the wife of a state leader. That was a rare occasion. I asked the elder, did any national leader asked to meet Tun Mahathir’s wife or Abdullah's wife? Did any national leader’s wife has been asked to meet a leader of another country?
Lee is still well known for his political insight. Those who were listed down in his meeting list certainly are somebody.
Rosmah was in the list. What can be proven? From what he revealed in the media, we found two crucial statements:
(1) She possesses no governmental position, but Najib and Rosmah work as a team;
(2) Najib may consider his wife’s views before making a decision.
In fact, Rosmah has made herself known to the public when she was defending her husband who has been accused of involving in the murder case. She has created herself an image of high-profile politician First Lady. She’s just not that kind of simple and ordinary First Lady.
Lee Kuan Yew’s statement sounds simple but it means more than that. He was telling Malaysians that our First Lady is an influential lady. Even our PM may consider her views before making a decision.
Of course, nobody wants an Empress Dowager Cixi in Malaysia. Cixi was so powerful that became the de facto ruler of the Qing Dynasty by controlling the weak emperors. She was infamous for her ruthless and giving audience behind a screen.
Since Najib and Rosmah work as a team, please prove your innocent by establishing an independent inquiry committee to look into those accusations. Stop making the whole country a mockery in front of the international journalists who keep posing the embarrassing questions like: Are you involved in the Altantuya’s murder case?
We would not tolerate another Empress Dowager Cixi in this country. Not to say our PM and First Lady who have been accused of involving in a murder case. Hoping that they would clear their name soon, then only they can step onto the territory of Mongol and France safely and proudly.
